Chelsea Map Scale: 7/10

For a Map that is supposed to clearly show the fault activity in California, the fault lines aren’t shown that clearly.  Shame on you, California Geological Survey! It is a beautiful map, however.  The terrain is nicely displayed, which, probably aids the fault visual.  But, the lines representing fault activity seem a bit dull.  If this map was the size of a wall, I suppose it wouldn’t be like that, but this just seems very unclear.  There are different colors in there if you look closely, which, I can only assume are for different types if activity - but- who would know?  This map seems to be pretty large as it is, I don’t think we have to make it larger for it to be legible.
