Chelsea The Cartographer

Chelsea Map Scale: 8/10

Lovely simple map displaying the different regions of New York. One hue, different shades, very clear.  However, only having personal knowledge that these are regions, and not counties, is it clear to me.  I believe that it should be labeled so that the reader can distinguish between the two.
